About Me

My photo
Carolbetty
I received my training as a Nutrition Educator and a Nutrition Consultant at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition & Culinary Arts in Berkeley, CA. I am a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. I live in the Bay Area where I am a continuing education administrator for a local university. I am an actress who has performed with Women In Time Productions and Berkeley Repertory Theater. When I have time, I absolutely love to sing jazz, play rock band with my awesome friends, and laugh. And most importantly, I was born with bright orange reddish hair (although I'm getting more strawberry as I get older).
